Flutter App Developer

We're looking for a Flutter Developer to build and ship mobile apps that run beautifully on both iOS and Android. You'll work across the full stack UI, state, native integrations and release management.

• Design and implement Flutter screens, navigation, and animations.
• Manage state with Provider, Riverpod, Bloc or build your own when sensible.
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, handle offline state, caching, retries.
• Profile and optimize jank, memory and startup time using the Flutter DevTools.
• Release to TestFlight and Google Play; handle code signing and store metadata.
• Collaborate with designers on motion and micro-interactions.

• Working knowledge of Dart and the Flutter widget system.
• Understanding of StatelessWidget vs StatefulWidget and when to reach for what.
• Comfort with at least one state management approach (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
• Familiarity with `Future`, `Stream`, and async UI updates.
• Eye for detail pixel-correct layouts, smooth animations, accessibility.
• Comfort with Git and code review.

• Built and released a real Flutter app to TestFlight, App Store, or Play Store.
• Exposure to native platform channels (Kotlin / Swift bridges).
• Familiarity with Firebase, Supabase, or a similar mobile backend.
• Experience writing widget or integration tests.
