QA Intern

We're looking for an enthusiastic QA Intern to help ensure the quality of our web and mobile applications. You'll work closely with our development teams to test new features, hunt down bugs, and learn the core fundamentals of quality assurance in a fast-paced, real-world tech environment.

• Perform manual testing on new and existing web projects and mobile applications.
• Write, execute, and organize basic test cases based on project requirements and user flows.
• Identify, document, clearly explain, and track bugs using our issue tracking tools.
• Test applications across various devices, screen sizes, and browsers.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce technical issues and verify fixes.
• Shadow the team to understand the software development lifecycle and testing strategies.

• A strong interest in software quality assurance and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Basic understanding of how modern web and mobile applications work.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think from the end-user's perspective.
• Clear written and verbal communication for documenting defects.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in CS, IT, or related field.
• A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn fast.

• Familiarity with basic testing concepts from academic or personal projects.
• Exposure to project management or bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, GitHub).
• Beginner exposure to Selenium, Cypress, or Postman.
• General understanding of Agile development workflows.
